Order by Email: Items ordered by email will be reserved for 10 days pending receipt of payment. We ship within 2 business days from receipt of payment by MO or credit card.

UK Ordering

We also welcome Sterling Personal Cheques, Postal Orders or Bankers Drafts. When utilising personal cheques, goods will be dispatched once funds have cleared.

To use this method of payment, you MUST your list of chosen merchandise, in advance, to enable us to confirm availability and total costs in Sterling.

Frilz and Lace will NOT be responsible for lost, stolen or non-delivered parcels. Refunds will not be given for parcels not received.

All UK parcels are shipped via Royal Mail, First Class.
All worldwide parcels will be shipped via Royal Mail Airmail.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Frilz and Lace does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

Note: We have to declare international packages for customs. This is the law, and we follow the law. Contents will be marked clothing and merchandise with value stated as the actual value of items ordered.

By offering quality products at low prices, we want you to be pleased enough to return to make many future purchases. We do everything possible to give you all the necessary information including sizing and a clear product description to help you order the correct item(s).

If you are unsure then please ask questions before ordering. We thoroughly check every item, clearly noting anything that might affect the appearance or wearability. We do our utmost never to misrepresent items.

Our Returns Policy

Should you feel on receipt of an item that it does not comply with our description, notify us immediately. We will gladly exchange it for another (stock permitting), or for an alternative item of your choosing. In either case you must return the item to us within 10 days, with a written description of the problem. When returning for exchange, postage must be included with return item. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless exchanged for item/s of equal or greater value.

Returns must be in their original condition, in suitable packaging. Due to stockings being so delicate only unopened hosiery will be accepted for return or exchange. We will also only accept unworn garments for exchange or refund. We are sorry, shipping charges cannot be refunded.

If you cannot be accommodated by our generous return and exchange policy, you may return an item for refund, subject to a 10% restocking fee.
